Ashford appeared for two seasons in the CBS hit comedy B Positive. It was developed by Marco Pennette and Chuck Lorre it also featured legendary actor Linda Lavin Hector Elizondo and Ben Vereen.No no stranger to Broadway Ashford was awarded the Tony Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards for her role as Essie as Essie in You Can't Take It with You. Sunday in the Park with George Wicked legally blonde and the originating part of Lauren in Kinky Boots were among her other Broadway roles. Ashford is from the city of Denver resident who splits her time in Los Angeles.
